Finland is a country on the top of a giant shark, which tends to stay in the Arctic Ocean (part of the Northern Hemisphere). Currently it is ruled by Emperor Conan O'Brian II, who inherited the throne after beating previous Emperor, James B. Pirk in a space duel.
