Liverpool was founded in 1960 by The Beatles, composed of Beatle John, Beatle Paul, Beatle George, and Little Ringo. Its primary purpose was to act as a headquarters for The Mersey Sound, a secret society devoted to subjugating citizens world-wide through the use of soothing beat-based pop music. Liverpool was destroyed in 1977 with the release of "Car Wash" by Rose Royce. The only two surviving tribes of Liverpool split apart and became known as Jet and Oasis.
