   • It's definitely not Japanese, but doesn't look like English either.

    • The mixed language above would've been used back in the 50's or 60's, but definitely not today; Japanese children today would be capable of speaking English, at least as well as Hongkongers.

    • Some of the Japanese classical literature might still be taught, with everything translated into English. However, I don't think Genji would be part of them, because Genji, from a modern point of view, is not acceptable by feminists.
      • Yes, feminism and other civil rights movements would've been more powerful, because in this English-speaking Japan, movements in the US and the UK would hit more directly due to the lack of language barriers we have in reality.
15. The Liberal Democratic Party would not be as powerful as it is, with Liberal counterpart more powerful.
    • Given that LDP is not liberal but rather conservative, it might be called The Conservative Party instead.
